At Throwback Totes, each order is carefully packed and shipped by our team. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at throwbacktotes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or worn products
Items damaged after delivery
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
