Welcome to Throwback Totes—my very first creative art project where I get to share my love for faith, music, and art with you.

This brand is more than just tote bags; it's a reflection of who I am and a creative expression of my story. Throwback Totes was birthed from three things that have shaped my life: faith, music, and art.

Music

Growing up, my dad introduced me to the world of music. From Motown classics to funk and soul, music was always playing in our home. When I was six years old, he would play records by artists like the Temptations and the Jackson 5 on his old-school record player. One of our top favorite outings would be roller skating!, reminiscing over the songs . Good times!

 Faith

My mother introduced me to something even greater—a relationship with Jesus Christ. She lived out her faith in a way that continually pointed me toward God and showed me the importance of building a personal relationship with Him.

Today, my identity is rooted in Christ, and my faith serves as the foundation for everything I do. It influences how I create, how I live, and how I view the gifts God has given me.

Art

I've always had a love for art and creativity. As a kid, one of my favorite school projects was creating themed collages from magazine cutouts.

What I loved most was designing collages that represented who I was—my interests, personality, dreams, and identity, a fun way to express who I am.

My hope is that these designs inspire you to create  and remember that you are God's masterpiece. As Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works." So carry your faith, creativity, and story with you wherever you go.
